High Purity Gases
High Purity Gases are liquefied and compressed single-component gases with a purity of 99.9995% or greater, containing specified impurities at a concentration of 0.0005%.
Through a special purification method using filters with decreasing pore size, sufficient amounts of impurities are removed from the gas, resulting in the production of High-Purity gases of grades 5.0, 5.5, and 6.0.
